* 开户申请提交后，当开户状态变为「开户完成时，表示开户已完成；可点击广告账号查看。

* 如果开户失败，工单状态更新时，系统将把扣款金额原路退回到您的资金账户。详情请查看【用户中心】->【消费记录】
