### **充值记录**

* 申请广告账号充值的工单，工单分为三个状态：充值中、充值成功、充值失败。
* 提交申请时后，系统会冻结申请充值的金额，当充值成功或者失败后，系统会按照【实际充值金额】进行扣款，若【实际充值金额】小于【申请充值金】额时，系统将原路返回多余的金额到资金账户。
